I live in Maple Lawn and by living here I have particularity deep knowledge about the Maple Lawn community.

When a real estate agent is selling a client's property in the same neighborhood where that agent lives, that agent is not just using empty words with buyers to say how great the community is. That agent has made a choice that truly reflects how they feel about that community--he or she has chosen to live there. To some buyers that makes a big difference in how they view the sincerity of the seller's agent.

Also, when a client asks me to sell a home in Maple Lawn, in a way I’m working to recruit neighbors to enjoy the same benefits and amenities that I do. I can talk from personal experience about the great things Maple Lawn has to offer, and I can be an immediate resource for new residents.
